INGREDIENTS
- 5 pieces of fresh mackerel (600gr)
-10 chilies, sliced oblique
-10 halves of cayenne pepper can be whole
-5 curly red chilies puree (blender)
-1 red tomato puree (blender)
-1 tomato, cut into pieces
-8 sliced shallots
-4 minced garlic
-2 cm galangal in flat
-2 cm geprek grilled ginger
-1 cm turmeric puree (for natural coloring in the blender)
-2 cm smashed grilled turmeric
-2 lemongrass stalks smashed
-2 bay leaves
-5 lime leaves (torn)
-350 gr pineapple chunks (according to your taste)
-1 chopped green onion
-2 bunch basil wash clean
-Salt, sugar and flavorings as needed
-Asam kandis to taste, or starfruit

Just choose which one you like, I use 1/2 kecombrang flower and 3 tamarind pieces, this depends on the acidity of the pineapples too.
if you want to make it spicier, you can add more fine chilies according to taste.
How to cook
